📢 Update on June 2026 coupon payments for Iute 2025/2030 bondholders

We apologise for the inconvenience caused to certain holders of the Iute 2025/2030 bonds, who have not yet received the June’s coupon payment.

The timely payment of interest to our investors is important to us. We would like to reassure bondholders that all payment obligations have been fully met from our side and the required funds have been transferred in accordance with the established payment process. The delay is related to the international securities settlement process after the funds were transferred onward from the issuer.

We are actively working with all relevant parties to support the completion of the payment process and the crediting of funds to all investors.

Iute Group reports first quarter results 📊

Today, Iute Group published unaudited first quarter results for 2026 with revenue growing 13% year-on-year to EUR 32.5 million, supported by stronger efficiency, improving portfolio quality and growing use of digital services.

Our Myiute superapp has surpassed 1.75 million downloads, while insurance brokerage revenue grew by 71.4% year-on-year – reflecting how customers increasingly use multiple everyday financial services within one ecosystem.

“Revenue growth, improving credit quality, and stronger operational efficiency demonstrate that our strategy is delivering tangible results. During the first quarter, we continued building the foundation for scalable digital banking services and the further expansion of the Myiute superapp ecosystem across our markets,” said Tarmo Sild, CEO of Iute Group.
