Agrello

We just made templates in Agrello a bit smarter 🙂

You can now rename fields so they make more sense to your customer, add small hints (so no one has to guess what goes where), and use dropdowns to avoid messy manual inputs.

It’s one of those small updates that saves a surprising amount of time, especially if you’re sending the same documents over and over again or asking people to fill in fields before signing forms or contracts.

If you’re already using templates, definitely worth taking a look.

We like simple things. We also like native apps.

When it comes to creating templates in Agrello, we’ve kept it exactly that, simple.

Take your contract template in .docx format and open it in MS Word or Google Docs. Wherever you want a field, just add it using {{curly_brackets}}.

That’s it.

When you upload the document to Agrello, we automatically turn those into reusable fields. No extra setup, no special tools.

And most importantly, no more copy-paste from old contracts and accidentally leaving someone else’s personal data or salary in place.

Just clean, consistent documents every time.
