⭐In the year 2019, we gave a promise to follow the principles of human rights and therefore joined the Estonian Diversity Charter that Eesti Inimõiguste Keskus / Estonian Human Rights Centre leads. Now we have gone a step further and prepared a specific action plan that passed the evaluation and made us the proud owners of the "Diverse workplace" label. We could not have done it without all of our Amazing, Kind, and Tolerant A-teamers. 🙏 Thank you all.

The "Diverse workplace" label is for an employer who respects equal treatment and inclusive organizational culture and whose meaningful work in diversity management is an example to others. That shows the organization's commitment to supporting diversity and thereby creating a better working environment and society.
The label "Diverse workplace" is issued by the Eesti Inimõiguste Keskus / Estonian Human Rights Centre and initiated by the Ministry of Social Affairs.

🤓 On this Knowledge Day, we would like to send good wishes to all parents, children and students. Always remember that knowledge is power, but don't forget to have fun in the meantime - like we did on our A-wesome summer days full of good company, laughter and new experiences.
