We’re excited to share that our CEO, Dr. Frank Richter, was honored to attend the Battery Forum Poland 2025 in Warsaw last week, thanks to a kind invitation from ELQ S.A. We extend our sincere gratitude to ELQ S.A. for including us in this premier event for battery and energy storage professionals.

During the forum, Dr. Richter had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Philipp VEIT, Business Development Manager at Circunomics, for a valuable exchange on the future of battery circularity and sustainable energy solutions. He also connected with Mariusz Kalecinski, Chairman of the Board at SCAVOLT, who shared impressive news: Scavolt has now already installed 16 energy storage systems (ESS) across Poland, including a 2.5 MWh project, and is currently developing an even larger 280 MWh system.

A special word of appreciation goes to ELQ S.A. for their leadership in driving innovation in Poland’s renewable energy sector. Their comprehensive approach—from transformer substations to turnkey energy storage and photovoltaic projects—continues to set high standards for the industry and accelerate the energy transition.

At Greenectra, we've analyzed recent research on Li-ion battery aging and our latest article reveals crucial insights:

- Real-world conditions impact battery aging more significantly than often recognized and the importance of realistic testing conditions is often underestimated in the industry

- There is a misconception about the state-of-the-art testing methods and their adaptation across the industry

These findings underscore the need for more comprehensive knowledge sharing in the energy storage sector.

We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who visited Greenectra's booth and engaged with us at BXF. The event's organization by BMZ Germany GmbH was truly outstanding, fostering an environment ripe for innovation and collaboration. Our CEO Frank Richter, Ph.D. delivered two insightful talks, contributing to the vibrant exchange of ideas at the forum. We're particularly thankful for Bernd Hewener's exceptional moderation, continuing his stellar work from previous years, and to all participants for the thought-provoking discussions that followed.
