CNC work to be done on LS pistons for LT headed LV3
The valves and whole head is mirrored, so:
IT: 12,50deg valve + 2.61deg splayed
EX 12,00deg valve + 2.38deg splayed
+2mm room over valve diameter.
Also, spark plug boss clearance on other side.
