welcome to the opening chapter 📖 as insecure as the song title may seem, i actually view it as a confident piece showing interest in others' perception of yourself. it conveys genuine curiosity about what's being said behind closed doors & how i'd rather have it said to my face. it's okay to care, it's okay to be sensitive and seek validation every once in a while. it's in our nature. this is my jab at the topic & i'm glad i got it off my desk, as it's something i've found myself writing about numerous times.
