We are happy to introduce you a new face in our team - Vladislav Borovik!

Yes, we now have two Vlads in the house, as our brand chef Vladislav Djatsuk guides our new Vladislav on his journey as our next head of kitchen.

Our new Vlad is an experienced and hard-working chef with a title of Best Chef of the Year in Estonia (2018) and was also a member of Estonian team in the culinary championship for chefs - the Bocuse d’Or.

Your adapting to the team has already been smooth as butter and we are excited to start this new chapter of flavors with you!

Also, we think we need a nickname for you as this two Vlad’s thing might get confusing. Any ideas? 🔎
