Looking for a technically skilled, customer-focused Integration Implementation Specialist to drive the successful deployment of the data capture systems. This isn't just a support role, it’s about ensuring 100% data accuracy and seamless technical integration.

Employment Type: Full-time (5-day work week)

👷‍♂️ What We’re Looking For:

✅ Database Expertise: Strong T-SQL skills (JOINs, subqueries, aggregations). ✅ Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Postman and REST APIs. ✅ Systems Admin: Solid understanding of Windows OS (services, networking, troubleshooting).

✅ Integration Experience: Proven track record of deploying software on client machines or POS systems.

✅ Customer-Facing Skills: Experience using CRM/ticketing tools (Zoho Desk, Zendesk) and managing client inquiries.

✅ Industry Background: Experience in retail IT or POS systems support is a significant plus.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

📊 Remote Deployment: Install and configure data capture solutions on retail POS systems.

🔍 System Analysis: Analyze POS database structures to identify key tables for sales, payments, and inventory.

✍️ Query Development: Develop and optimize SQL and JQ queries to extract and transform data.

⚖️ Data Reconciliation: Validate captured data against Z-reports to ensure 100% reliability.

🛠️ Technical Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact during implementation.

📈 Documentation: Create detailed technical specs for the development team to build new connectors.
