Job Vacancy – Executive Secretary
A multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy office in 8th District – 6th of October City is hiring an Executive Secretary.
Shifts:
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Requirements:
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong proposal and official correspondence writing skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Professional attitude and high level of confidentiality
• Previous experience in consultancy or engineering offices is a plus
Salary: Based on experience.
