One of the main benefits of the On-Grid Solar Systems besides reducing the CO2 released in the environment, and owning your power generation system is the financial aspect, which is going to be represented in the payback of On-Grid Solar Systems. With the removal of subsidies, the electricity cost per kWhr increased abundantly reaching 1.45 EGP compared to an average of 0.45 EGP from the On-Grid Solar Systems, which made the On-Grid Solar Systems more required than before, to guarantee the stability of the electrical tariff through the upcoming 25 years.
Simple Saving Calculation Example:
• Monthly Load Consumption = 1500 kWhr
• The Electrical Tariff per kWhr = 1.45 EGP/kWhr
• The average Solar System Electric Tariff per kWh = 0.45 EGP /kWhr
• The saving per kWhr = 1.45 – 0.45 = 1 EGP / kWhr
• The Monthly Saving = 1 x 1500 kWhr = 1500 EGP.

• التوفير لكل كيلو وات ساعة = 1.45 - 0.45 = 1 جنيه / كيلووات ساعة
• المدخرات الشهرية = 1 جنية × 1500 كيلووات ساعة = 1500 جنيه.
اضافة لما تم ذكره ,فإن نظم الطاقة الشمسية المتصلة بالشبكة تتطلب صيانة و تشغبل بسيط مقارنة بمولدلت الديزل و التربينات الغازية ، مما يجعلها الحل الأفضل على المستوى المالي والبيئي.
