We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in empowering strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and sharing in business growth.

Position: Key Account Specialist
Location: Cairo
Employment Type: 5 days/week morning shift

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Client Relationship operation:
Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the healthcare sector, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Planning:
Develop and execute account strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and business goals.
• Problem-Solving:
Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring prompt service delivery and satisfaction.
• Coordination:
Work closely to meet client needs and improve service offerings.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, Veterinary, Dentist
• Proven experience in sales is a plus, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical companies
• Basic understanding of healthcare services, products, and client needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚 was a Clinical Supervisor at the Save the Children International, where she provided technical support for the Primary Health Care Centers Project by the UNHCR in collaboration with the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population to provide health care services to refugees in Alexandria and Damietta.

She was also Health Promotion Officer at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) and worked as Epidemiologist at the Ministry of Health and Population, Egypt

Dr. Farida holds a diploma in clinical pharmacy, and a master’s degree in public health from Alexandria University in addition to
(TOT) one year training program, Medical Anthropology; Sigmund Freud Private University Vienna.
