𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: HR Specialist

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers.
- Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, including orientation, collecting required documents, and getting new employees set up with accounts and equipment.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing questions and concerns related to policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR matters.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and company social events.
- Maintain employee records, process payroll and benefits changes, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures as needed.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist or coordinator role, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Passion for creating a positive, collaborative work environment
