NetEra is currently hiring IT Technical Recruiter to join our office in Alexandria, Egypt.
We are looking for an experienced and professional caliber who can contribute to our company’s growth.
Main responsibilities are:
•Responsible for all aspects of the sourcing and hiring of IT professionals to fill technical positions.
•Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
•Writing job posts and posting to relevant media platforms.
•Reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates.
•Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
•Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
•Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.

Position’s Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
•Experience in technical recruitment processes and platforms.
•2+ years of experience in HR field; with the focus on Recruitment; preferably in a Software House.
•Strong understanding of the full recruitment process.
•Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
