• Soft Skills: Professional communication skills with the ability to handle and absorb customer anger.
• Compliance: Must adhere to strict data confidentiality policies.
⏰ Working Hours & Conditions:
• Schedule: A 5-day work week with rotational holidays.
• Shifts: 9-hour shifts covering all days from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Holidays: Employees may be required to work on official holidays in accordance with labor law.
• Performance Tracking: Agents will be evaluated on KPIs such as Average Handling Time, Average Speed of Answer, Attendance, and Attitude.
