Job description:
* Monitoring project daily progress vs. plan and schedule.
* Maintaining cost control on site activities.
* Doing quality control checks for site works on daily basis.
* Doing quantity survey activities.
* Reviewing and adjusting shop drawings.
* Preparing client & subcontractor demands / VOs.
* Managing document control activities on site.

Qualifications:
1-Bachelors degree in Architecture or relevant disciplines
2-Minimum 4-5 years experience in architecture design and technical office
3-Previous experience dealing with clients directly
4-Good knowledge of quantity survey
5-Good knowledge of computer knowledge ( Revit –Microsoft office – auto cad-Adobe Photoshop)

Job description
1. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or areas for improvement
2. Ensure labor are working correctly & are adhering to the agreed upon timeline
3. Collaborate with project teams to resolve any design or construction-related challenges
4. Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
5. Monitor progress and compile reports on project status
6. Undertake snagging inspection on practical completion of the works and manage process to rectify any defects
7. Conduct regular meetings with site supervisors and other contractors to discuss day’s progress, achievements as well as next day’s program.

Job qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in architecture similar position
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
4. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, or SketchUp or other relevant software applications
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
7. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
