Search the company, their services, values, and recent news.
Re-read the job description and match it with your skills and experience.

Know your strengths, weaknesses, achievements, and why you’re applying.
Having a high level of self-awareness boosts your confidence.

“How is the team structured?”
Interviews aren’t one-sided; they’re a two-way conversation where both the employer and the candidate are assessing each other.

Choose your outfit, print your CV (or have it ready as a PDF),
Check the location or online meeting link, and plan to arrive early.

After the interview, send a short thank-you message; Thank them for their time, repeat your interest, and mention one thing you enjoyed in the conversation.
