ايه الفرق بين الشيتوزان النانو والشيتوزان العادى؟ 🤔

الشيتوزان النانو (ChNP) له خصائص الشيتوزان العادى مش كده وبس كمان ليه خواص النانو زى ان مساحة سطحه ازيد وده بيسمحله ان يزود مساحه حجم التفاعل، وده بيخلينا نستخدم كمية اصغر من الماده 🤷🏾‍♀️

عام 1994 كان اول وصف لجزيئات الشيتوزان النانو عن طريق Ohya وزملاؤه والى استخدموا الChNP المحضر عن طريق الاستحلاب والتشابك لتوصيل Fluorouracil المضاد للسرطان عن طريق الوريد
ومن الوقت ده وبعد نجاح التجربه تم استخدام طرق اكتر لتحضير الشيتوزان النانو ♥️

Chitosan nanoparticles (ChNP) have the characteristics of chitosan and the properties of nanoparticles such as surface and interface effect, small size and quantum size effects (Ingle et al. 2008)

Chitosan nanoparticles (ChNP) were frst described in 1994 by Ohya and co-workers. They used ChNP prepared by emulsifying and crosslinking for intravenous delivery
of anticancer drug 5-fluorouracil (Grenha 2010). Since then, many methods have been employed for the synthesis
of ChNP.
