We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Produce wireframes, mock-ups, paper and interactive prototypes (low-fidelity to high-fidelity), and other UX design artifacts that translate end-user, customer, and/or business needs into an engaging user experience.
- Identifying the best UX methods and user-centric/design thinking tools to use depending on project constraints.
- Implement user interface design and development of best practices and standard user-centered methodologies on projects.

Requirements:

- A background in graphic design is an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a user experience design role.
- Fluency in best practices for mobile and/or web-based information architecture and visual design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
- Experience with a variety of UI design and prototyping tools eg. XD, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for the implementation of designs.
- Agile methodology experience is an asset.
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.

We’re looking for a Software Quality Engineer to test our products and procedures and ensure they meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

This position will work with the software development team throughout the software development life cycle to:

- Develop software verification and validation test plans for new products.
- Perform the validation and verification of product upgrades.
- Create, perform and maintain manual and automated software test scripts for web-based and client-server applications running on both Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Create, perform and maintain manual and automated software test scripts for mobile applications running on both android and ios.
- Create and maintain test data sets and test environments.
- Generate detailed reports summarizing the testing effort.
- Review and update software documentation and maintain bug records.
- Manage the software release process.

Requirements:

● Candidates should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-directed, and flexible with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Working in a team environment with constant communication and collaboration is a must to be successful in this position. Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
● BS in computer science, or equivalent experience
