We Are Hiring – Technical Office Team Leader & Section Head VRF.
1. Technical Office Team Leader.
2. Technical Office Section Head.
Experience: 8–12 Years.

Responsibilities:
Lead the technical office team and manage workload distribution.
Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, BOQs, and technical documentation.
Prepare cost estimates, variation orders, and technical reports.
Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and consultants.
Ensure all design changes are aligned with project ex*****on requirements.
Conduct technical reviews and maintain high-quality standards.
Support and train junior engineers to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:
8–12 years of experience in Technical Office within VRF contracting.
Strong knowledge of VRF systems, HVAC calculations, and BOQ preparation.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent English and technical documentation skills.
