Snow crab legs in the UK are a specialty item.

You will not find them at your local grocery store. But when you build real relationships with the people in your community, doors open that you did not even know existed.

I go to my local fish monger regularly. I got to know him. I became a familiar face. Because of that relationship, he now sources frozen snow crab legs for me. This week I picked up 3 kilos (that is about 6 pounds) for $97!!! Frozen and ready to cook. Sourced just for me.

That is what happens when you stop being a tourist in your own life and start being a neighbor.

This is an expat life. This is wellness. This is what it looks like to live fully wherever you are planted.
