*Document Controller*

Job Description
The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation to ensure accuracy, version control, and compliance with company standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, register, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project documents.
Maintain a structured filing and document control system (both digital and hard copy).
Ensure proper version control for drawings, technical submittals, and correspondence.
Coordinate with engineers, site teams, consultants, and clients for document flow.
Track document status including submissions, approvals, and revisions.
Prepare transmittals and document reports.
Ensure confidentiality and security of project documents.
Archive completed project documents according to company procedures.
Support audits by providing accurate and organized documentation records.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a related document control or administrative role, preferably within construction or engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of document management systems (DMS).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
close attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
