Duties

Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and other documentation.
Tender management includes preparation of bills of quantities, contract conditions, and assembly of tender documents Contract management and contractual advice.

Requirements

- minimum of 6–8 years of experience in Quantity surveying, design, procurement, and construction of hydrocarbon facilities, Pipeline, Piping, Plant Process Equipment installation, etc.
- fully familiar with international codes and Standards

Manager Mega Projects "Petrochemicals" are required to travel to the biggest Petroleum company in the world in Saudi Arabia

Tasks
• Lead the Ex*****on of capital projects according to the scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage the team under the division in executing the projects and provide guidance and directives
• Leverage expertise in Petrochemical projects and provide the appropriate actions for the team to follow in all phases of the project.
• Provide the technical and project management oversight to the design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup of facilities, and close out of projects.
• Prepare/Review monthly project performance reports showing the status of design, material procurement, construction, milestones, commitments, payments, charges, variances from standards, waivers and problems and present them to higher management.

Rerquirments

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program.
• An advanced degree is preferred. a PMP , PgMP or equivalent certification
• You will have twenty years’ experience in project management field related to refining and petrochemical industries with a specialty in Petrochemicals. Including Seven (7) years of experience as a manager or director of projects in design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and operation with values ranging from $500MM to $billion.
• you must have Engineering Design & Construction phase experience with a thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles in the applicable International Codes, Standards and Specifications.
• you must have a mastery understanding of international procedures of Projects Phases, Engineering Phases, Bidding procedures, Procurement Processes, Construction Requirements and up to date Best Practices.
