التدريبات ممولة من قبل المؤسسة الدولية الإسلامية للتمويل التجارة (ITFC) في إطار مشروع التنمية الشاملة المستدامة لسلسلة قيمة الطماطم (TVC) من خلال المركز الخدمي التعليمي لسلسلة قيمة الطماطم.
ويتم تنفيذ المشروع من قبل منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية (UNIDO).

The Tomato Learning and Services Center invites you to attend the second round of trainings, which will take place on the 22nd, 23rd, 28th and 29th of April from 9 am to 3 pm at the Faculty of Agriculture of Alexandria University. The trainings are funded by the ITFC (International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation) under the project Promotion of tomato value chain through Tomato Learning and Service Center. The project is being implemented by UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization).

1. Tomato processing and the different products (22 APril 2025)

2. Food safety, sanitation, and hygiene (23 April 2025)
Prof. Amal Abdelrazek, Professor at the Faculty of Agriculture Alexandria University.
Target audience: Engineers, Technicians, quality control specialists, and graduates of the food technology department.

3. Tomato postharvest practices (29 April 2025)
