​Strategic Planning: Develop and implement localized sales strategies to maximize market pe*******on across Greater Cairo.
​Team Excellence: Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of Medical Representatives to exceed regional targets.
​Market Growth: Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s footprint in one of our most vital sectors.
​Key Account Management: Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships with top-tier healthcare professionals and institutions.
​Performance Analysis: Monitor market trends and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
​🎓 Requirements & Qualifications:
​Experience: Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a deep understanding of the Greater Cairo market.
​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Veterinary Medicine (MBA is a significant plus).
​Leadership: Exceptional ability to inspire teams, manage complex territories, and drive organizational change.
​Communication: Fluent in English with professional negotiation and presentation skills.
