عشان يساعد أصحاب الشركات تحدد ازاي تقدر تخلق قيمة حقيقية من البيزنس بتاعها و توصل للعملاء المناسبين، وكمان تساعد المستثمرين في تقييم مشروعك.

واللي كان مكون من 9 عناصر :

3 عناصر بتبدأ ب Key
◾الـ Key partner : والمقصود منها مين الشركاء اللي ممكن يساعدوك.
◾الـ Key Activity : الأنشطة اللي هتبعها عشان أقدم القيمة للعملاء واحقق أهداف فكرتي.
◾الـ Key resources: الموارد المطلوبة لتحقيق الأهداف .

4 عناصر مرتبطة بالعميل.
◾الـ Value proposition : أي القيمة اللي هتقدمها للعميل ؟ , اي هي مميزاتك؟
◾الـ Customer segmentation : مين هو عميل ؟
◾الـ Customer relationships : اي الرابط بينك وبين عميلك ؟ يقدر يوصلك ازاي ؟.
◾الـ Channels : المنتج أو الخدمة هتوصله ازاي ؟.

عنصرين مرتبطين بالفلوس
◾الـ Cost structure : أي هي تكاليفك ؟ , هتصرف فلوس فين ؟.
◾الـ Revenue stream : مصادر دخلك ؟ , هتكسب فلوس منين ؟.

we are hiring business development Specialist

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing data to help identify growth opportunities for the company.

Qualifications
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and market research
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the real estate or business development industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Fluent in English and Arabic
