وعليه تريد زيادة عدد المهندسين ذوي خبرة فى التصميم خاصة فى مجالات مختلفة في مكتبها الرئيسي بالقاهرة بمصر الجديدة:
يفضل أن يكونوا من ساكنى محيط محافظة القاهرة، ومن خريجى الجامعات المصرية، ويشترط الخبرة فى استعمال
AUTOCAD & Revit, Microsoft Office, Navisworks, BIM system and software for each discipline.
1. مهندس تصميم إنشائي: خبرة [3-5] سنوات
2. مهندس تصميم ميكانيكا: خبرة [3-5] سنوات
3. مهندس تصميم كهرباء: خبرة [3-5] سنوات
4. مهندس تصميم معماري: خبرة [3-5] سنوات
5. مهندس تصميم ميكانيكا: خبرة [8-12] سنوات
6. مهندس تصميم كهرباء: خبرة [8-12] سنوات
7. مهندس تصميم إنشائي: خبرة [8-12] سنوات
8. مهندس تصميم معماري: خبرة [8-12] سنوات

Senior & Team Leader Engineers
General Qualifications for the Senior Engineers, must have Master Knowledge in:
• Architectural Engineers software such as (3D Max, Lumion, Adobe suite, SketchUp, etc.)
• Preparing project documents (Working Drawings, Workshop Drawings, BOQ, Specifications).
• Revision and Coordination
• Project Management & Supervision (M.S. Project or Primavera).
• Fluent in English, writing, and speaking.
• Have excellent skills in Leadership planning, time management and high communication skills (verbal and writing), Commercial/risk awareness & presentation.
Ability to:
• Work under stress and lead fast track projects.
• Work independently and with a team
• Create conceptual design and solve problems.
• Manage design process
• Leadership skills
• Assign tasks and follow up engineers’ work
• Prepare & assess the cost & time estimation for the design and apply the Health & Safety code.
• Revise the technical & design requirements to meet clients’ needs.
• Prepare Designs & drawings according to several types of Design Codes.
• Revise & coordinate the working drawings according to the Code.
• Coordinate the design with all disciplines.
• Deal with engineers in site and in office in all departments to extract a high-quality design.
• Deal with clients, contractors and suppliers
