Job Title: Architecture Design and Technical Office Engineering

Location: Elmokkattam

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an Architecture Design and Technical Office Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture design and possess knowledge in technical office engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs for various projects
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
• Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture design and technical office engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
