# Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

# Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.

# Providing the needed help desk and support for the users.

# Determining work priorities based on business needs.

# Responsible for all 3rd party supporting tools and applications.

# Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means

# Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use

# Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.

# Documenting any additional changes to the current work plan and making new ones when needed.

# Updating and fine tuning company network including cabling infrastructure, AP ,switches and routers.

# MCITP Certificate is a plus
