Laterally Closed Tunnel or Laterally Stretched Flap for Deep Narrow Isolated Recession in Lower Incisor
This type of case is highly predictable due to the presence of good blood supply on both sides of the gingival recession
however it requires good flap release apically and laterally and suturing in this area is highly technique sensitive not to perforate the flap during release
1 week, 2 weeks and 1 month follow up
however the patient is not showing compliance with oral hygiene after 1 month
