A leading coffee production facility dedicated to crafting high-quality, sustainably sourced coffee products.
We’re seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations at our coffee factory. You’ll lead production teams, optimize workflows, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is critical in meeting production goals while fostering a collaborative and safety-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily production activities, including roasting, grinding, packaging, and quality control.
2. Develop and execute production schedules to meet demand while minimizing waste.
3. Monitor KPIs (efficiency, yield, downtime) and implement corrective actions.
4. Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols (OSHA, HACCP, GMP).
5. Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve targets.
6. Collaborate with QA to ensure product consistency and adherence to standards.
7. Identify process improvements using Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
8. Manage production budgets and control costs.
9. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
11. Prepare production reports for senior management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in food science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in production management (food/beverage industry preferred; coffee experience a plus).
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
In-depth knowledge of safety and quality regulations (OSHA, HACCP).
Proficiency in production software/MRP/ERP systems.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
