Part-Time Accountant – Payables & Receivables

*Position Overview:*
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Accountant (Payables & Receivables) with aviation industry experience to support our finance department. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting functions with accuracy and professionalism, particularly in managing accounts payable and receivable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and record payables and receivables transactions
• Prepare and issue customer invoices; ensure timely collections
• Process vendor payments and reconcile accounts
• Monitor and follow up on aging balances
• Assist with month-end reconciliation and reporting
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Work closely with Flight Operations Department.

Requirements:
• English proficiency is a MUST.
• Prior experience in an accounting role within the aviation industry is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Quickbooks)
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
