Education: Bachelor Degree
Languages: Fluent English
Experience: at least 1 years in Admin. Assistant or Secretariat.

Description
Main Activities:
1) Type correspondence, reports and other documents
2) Maintain office files
3) Design filing systems and Ensure that they are maintained and up to date.
4) Open and distribute the mail
5) Deals with posts and emails
6) Maintain confidential records and files
7) Arrange for payment of honorariums
8) Prepare documents and reports on the computer
9) Welcomes the company's visitors and guests.
10) Collect and distribute mails and messages.
11) Make future appointments and answer inquiries.
12) Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
13) General clerical duties including photocopying, Fax, & Mailing.
14) Maintain electronic & hard copy filing system.
15) Organizes and supervises all of the administrative and performs activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office.
16) Reports to the G.M.
17) Plans and implements office systems, layout and equipment procurement.
18) Organize office operations and procedures.
19) Perform other related duties as required
