Sphere Consulting is seeking to hire Oracle Consultants (Egyptians only) for the following positions, with the associated responsibilities and qualifications:

Oracle EBS/Cloud Functional Consultants:
• Senior Oracle Financial Consultant
• Senior Oracle HCM Consultant
• Senior Oracle SCM Consultant
• Senior Oracle Technical Consultant

Job Summary:

This role requires expertise in mapping business requirements, conducting UAT, running conference room pilots, performing gap analysis, and working with other modules necessary for the successful implementation of solutions.

The consultant will also be responsible for functional consulting tasks, including customizations, providing business process guidance, designing processes, writing development specifications, testing, and knowledge transfer.
Additional duties include analyzing and providing training to key and end users, offering consultancy, recommending application best practices, planning improvements, and resolving problems.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred for the SCM Consultant role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English is essential.
• The Senior Technical consultant is required to do implementation, support, development and customization, application/business rules configuration, training, and documentation as a sole contributor or part of a larger team of the proposed solution. +5 years relevant Oracle applications and Database including full development life-cycle implementation.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive implementation of Oracle ERP.
• A focus on customer satisfaction.

Oracle SCM & Manufacturing Consultant Opportunity!

We seek an experienced Oracle SCM & Manufacturing Consultant to join Sphere family.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience.

• Expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing).

• 6+ full-cycle ERP implementations in SCM (e.g., Material Management, Warehouse, Transportation).

• Strong Supply Chain knowledge, OUM methodology, setup/configuration, and data migration skills.

• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
