PMW Hiring | Architectural Engineer (2–3 Years Experience)
PMW is looking for a talented Architectural Engineer with strong experience in 3D modeling and visualization using 3ds Max, and the ability to deliver full architectural design packages from concept to construction drawings.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts and produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations using 3ds Max.
Prepare complete architectural design packages including plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and presentations.
Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure full design integration.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.
Work on space planning, layout optimization, and design alternatives.
Review and update designs based on client feedback and project developments.
Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and site visits when required.
Deliver all design outputs within agreed project timelines.
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
2–3 years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max (mandatory).
Excellent skills in AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
Ability to produce a full architectural design package independently.
Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
