After a season of movement on the beautiful Greenway, join us for the finale - some gentle movement and a Community Sound Bath, which will welcome you to experience immersive sound by way of singing bowls and other sound healing tools, played by multiple Boston-area sound healers.
Sign-In : 5:30pm-6pm
Class / Sound Experience : 6pm-7pm
Post-Session Gathering w/ - 7pm - 9pm
Please adhere to CDC & Boston guidelines regarding spacing at public events & feel free to wear a mask if you like.
Bring your own mat or blanket.

Join me every Tuesday & Thursday at 10am EST. for an all levels beginner friendly Kemetic Yoga flow designed to recognize, release and transform stagnant energy into healing energy. Kemetic Yoga is about internal healing and circulating the life force (Shu). Slow flowing postures are harmonized with controlled breathing and energy flow to help align the physical body, energy body & mind in ways that are very powerful. Combined with a mini sound bath to shift DNA, improve physical and emotional health & well-being.
Our Virtual Sessions meet LIVE via ZOOM platform. All sessions are 75 minutes unless otherwise indicated. Make sure to ENABLE ORIGINAL SOUND for better quality and listening experience. ZOOM ID and password will be sent via email upon confirmation of payment.
