A throwback to Butler’s & Co. one of our explorations into shaping a brand from the inside out.

This project was about more than just designing a space; it was about aligning the interior experience with the food concept itself. Every detail was considered as part of a larger narrative, where atmosphere, identity, and cuisine can speak the same language.

Once again at Marina Al-Alamein. Following the success of our earlier prototypes, we were commissioned by Egyptian Saudi Developers to design a new residential prototype carefully differentiated, yet fully aligned with Marina’s established architectural language. Proud to continue contributing to one of Egypt’s most iconic and prestigious coastal destinations.

Proud to share that Soho Studio has designed the new prototypes for Marina, developed for Torec Developments under the supervision of the Ministry of Housing and authority of Urban Communities in Egypt.

It is an honour to contribute to a project of this magnitude; one that stands among the most significant and nationally positioned developments in the country. Marina is not only evolving; it is redefining its future, and we are privileged to be part of that transformation.
