Job Description
· Responsible for leading and/or participating in small teams comprised of Tie, partner, and customer resources at client sites to deliver required outcomes and produce additional business with Tie clients.
· Develop/Build source code using Java and Integrate between multiple products.
· Understands how to apply technology to improve the operational effectiveness or efficiency of specific functions or applications.
· Integrate BMC products to each other and third-party applications.
· Implement, customize, and configure BMC products.(Optional)
· Improve the quality and efficiency of the solutions delivered to BMC clients as a means to improve BMC business margins.
· Accountable to clients for achieving specific outcomes by delivering services as directed by the project manager and technical lead.
Mandatory:
· Hands-on experience in Java SE and EE.
· Strong Programming skillsets.
· Strong technical knowledge in Advanced programming technologies and platforms.
· Familiar with anyone of the Programming IDE: NetBeans, Eclipse, IntelliJ, and Other scripting tools.
· Hands-on experience in Integrations and methodologies.
· Hand-on experience in SOAP and Rest Web Service.
· Expert level understanding and implementation of RESTful/SOAP APIs
· Good knowledge in any of the Web Servers - Apache Tomcat, JBoss, and Jetty.
· Should maintain ongoing product knowledge.
· Hands-on experience in Integrations.
· Willing to work in shifts, weekend and on-call support will be required.
· Ability to take direction and work independently in achieving stated objectives
· Strong customer interaction skills.
· Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
· Willingness and ability to travel 100%.
Optional:
· Should have worked on BMC Remedy experience 9.1x or higher
· Hands-on experience in BMC remedy Workflow development.
· Proficient experience with at least one of the following scripting languages: Java, JavaScript, Shell Scripting
· Proficient understanding of Windows and Unix Operating system
· Experience in one of the database technologies such as MySQL, MS SQL Server, Postgre SQL, and Oracle
· Certification on multiple product families will be an advantage.
· Must be familiar with other IT management technologies and have a working knowledge of IT operations and management.
· Experience in systems design and development experience in enterprise computing environments.
· Experience implementing enterprise computing solutions.
· Strong technical knowledge of at least one major operating systems environment.
· Participate in development and management of new processes for new clients/products
