Mohamed AbuSen built his competencies and capabilities from his practical work experience, training experience, continuous development, education and certifications since he holds BSc engineering, MBA, PMP, RMP, ITIL, PM Diploma, 6 Sigma BB and M Sc in progress.
Mohamed spent his 17+ years of practical experience working for multinational firms; in addition to 10+ years training experience in delivering management, project management, risk management, service management with well-known training providers in Egypt.
Through his practical experience he occupied many positions such as PMO Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Process Development Manage, all of which enabled him to master project management, IT service management, process management, process improvement using 6 sigma framework.
Mohamed has proven track record in managing large scale projects over 10+ years designing and implementing services management in many business lines such as supply chain management, CRM, manufacturing, and civil engineering across the whole project life cycles starting from the proposal and biding, contract administration, legal affairs, accounting and finance, purchasing and logistics, subcontract management and operation.
Across his working life cycle, Mohamed has practical experience with multiple quality management models such as 6 Sigma, CMMI, ITIL, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and TQM.

يتكوّن نموذج CMMI من خمسة مستويات وهي:
· المستوى الابتدائي initial يقوم على أساس أن الشركة المستفيدة لا تعتمد إجراءات مقيسة في أعمالها.
· المستوى الثاني Managed هو يرتكز على أساسيات إدارة المشاريع Basic Project Management ويقوم بالاعتماد على سبعة أنماط من الإجراءات المرتبطة
· المستوى الثالث Defined من مستويات CMMI يرتكز على معيرة الإجراءات Process Standardization ويعتمد على أحد عشر نمطاً من أنماط الإجراءات، وذلك على مستوى المؤسسة (الشركة).
· المستوى الرابع Quantitatively Managed يرتكز على الإدارة الكميّة Quantitative Management ويعتمد إجراءين أساسيين من الإجراءات التي تستخدم الطرق الكميّة والإحصائية في الإدارة.
· المستوى الخامس ويدعى بالمستوى الأمثلي Optimizing ويرتكز على التحسين المستمر للإجراءات ويعتمد على إجراءين أساسيين من إجراءات التطوير والتحليل.
