About the Job

We are looking for someone with an artistic and creative mind to design motion graphics videos for our brand.
The Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for developing all motion graphics, primarily focusing on YouTube videos, social media content, digital marketing, and advertising needs
This position will work within the Marketing & Growth department.
Create and deliver motion graphics in various media.
Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute brand and marketing campaigns that set the benchmark for innovation design

Job Requirements
---------------------------------
Solid expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of the theory and aesthetics of graphics creation, color correction, and audio mixing.
The ability to work well under pressure.
Passion for motion design and storytelling.
Time and resource management skills.
Ability to learn fast and take direction.
