Regarding the situation of our previous helper, Hend, with the costumer we would like to accept the costumer's apology. And there was misunderstanding with both the costumer and the helpers situation. Not only this we would like to notify our customers in order to prevent this incident from happening again!
Here's a diagram explains the process of the helper's selection

1) All helpers must be provide both of their national ID and criminal status, to make sure of that they are 100% trustworthy

2) An interview must done to the helper, to make sure of their working capability

3) The helper at 1st goes under the shadowing technique before working on field

4) This is the most critical step! The rating and the reviews of our costumers is taken seriously❗️

Any customer thinking of giving the helper extra fees, we would like to thank you for your kindness and your generosity. And we would like to enlighten you of their average wages of every operation. And we DON'T BARGAIN WITH THEIR INCOME ❗️Because we are keen to help them with finding decent jobs and preserving their rights! And WE DON'T ALLOW OTHERWISE!❗️🙅🏻‍♀️

Not only this we do help them with their medical aid, so any helper telling you she needs extra cash for her medical status or her children's is untrue! And please report this incident immediately.
