For urgent need a multinational company located in fifth settlement Admin assistant .
Job duties :-
• Act as a point of contact for all incoming inquiries (Answer telephone, take messages, greet visitors, transfer calls and provide information to other departments upon request)
• Maintain both hard and digital filing systems
• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Manager.
• Ensure office supplies availability and regular office maintenance activities and submit expense report to the finance department.
• Provide general office support including administrative tasks, data entry. job requirements
job requirements:-
-Prior administrative experience.
-Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Excellent spoken and Written English & Arabic
-Attention to detail.
-Multilingual required (English and Arabic).
