We are seeking for Professional Software and Medical Equipment Sales to immediate hiring with the following qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills, verbal and written.
Previous Software & heavy medical equipment experience.
Preferred at least 3 years' experience in Software Sales.
Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion.
Proven track record in software sales environment.
Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota.
Bachelor’s degree of Information Systems, Engineering or Business Administration.
V.good command of English spoken and written.
Preferred Heliopolis or Naser City Residents.
Own a car is preferred.

Seeking an experienced and results-driven sales specialist to join our energetic team. The individual in this role would provide appropriate product solutions for our customers and nurture them through our purchase flow from start to finish. Candidates for this position should prioritize customer care, acquisition, and company profitability.

Sales specialist Requirements and Qualifications

•Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar industry and position.

•Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers.

•Proven track record in the sales environment and in meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.

•Expert in time management and personal organization

Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist the Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, implementations, modifications …….etc.)
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
• Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources.
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs.
• Analyze customers’ behavior and adjust product positioning.
• Handle complaints from customers.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the company is functional and presentable.
• Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Fresh graduates to 2 years proven experience in similar position or functions.
• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MA.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes.
• Familiarity with financial and customer service principles.
• Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics.
• Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving attitude.
