🔹 Your Mission
As a Logistics & Purchasing Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations—from shipping procedures and vendor evaluation to negotiation and cost reporting. You’ll help us secure the best offers, maintain strong supplier relationships, and guarantee timely delivery of high-quality merchandise.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor store-level product movement and sales trends (supply chain).
- Handle all importation procedures A–Z.
- Issue Purchase Orders and coordinate shipments with the best rates.
- Work with customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance at the correct rates.
- Ensure compliance with ACID procedures and banking rules.
- Prepare monthly product movement reports.
- Enter and update all shipment data.
🔹 Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience in logistics & purchasing.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
Highly active, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
