Using provided scripts, product knowledge, and your excellent communication skills, you'll engage with customers to address their needs effectively. Requirements:
Fluency in English is essential (B2-C1).
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
Flexible and creative approach to problem-solving.
Persuasive and highly motivated to achieve targets.
Patient and persistent when dealing with customer inquiries.
Proficient keyboarding skills.
