We are seeking a skilled and motivated Odoo Developer to join our dynamic tech team.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle of our Odoo applications:

• Custom Module Development: Design, build, and maintain custom Odoo modules (models, views, wizards, actions) and QWeb reports to meet evolving business needs.
• Configuration & Optimization: Configure, customize, and extend core Odoo apps (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, MRP) to optimize workflows and user experience.
• System Integration: Develop and maintain robust integrations between Odoo and third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and data import/export scripts.
• Security & Automation: Implement and manage user security roles, access rules, and automate business processes using server actions and scheduled tasks.
• Performance & Scalability: Proactively diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, conduct PostgreSQL query optimization, and implement caching strategies.
• System Management: Lead version upgrades and data migration projects, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and minimal downtime.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with functional consultants and business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and customization.
• Core Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of the Odoo ORM.
• Experience in developing and customizing Odoo XML views, menus, and actions.
• Solid practical knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with version control using Git.
• Familiarity with Linux server environments.
• Odoo Expertise: Demonstrated experience in building custom modules from scratch and integrating Odoo with external applications.
