سائل التبريد في عمليات التشغيل CNC
طرق الاستخدام
يُستخدم سائل التبريد على نطاق واسع في عمليات التشغيل الآلي، وخاصةً في مخارط CNC ومراكز التشغيل. يمنع استخدام سائل التبريد انخفاض عمر أداة القطع نتيجة تراكم الحرارة أثناء التشغيل وتراكم الرايش.

في عمليات التفريز، توجد طريقتان لاستخدام سائل التبريد: التبريد الخارجي والتبريد الداخلي.

الغرض من سائل التبريد وتأثيره

يُحقق استخدام سائل التبريد ثلاثة أغراض رئيسية: التبريد، والتشحيم، والتحكم في الرايش. ولمنع التشققات الحرارية الناتجة عن الصدمة الحرارية أثناء التشغيل، من المهم وضع كمية وافرة من سائل التبريد على أداة القطع.

Today coolant is widely used when machining especially for CNC lathes and machining centres. The use of coolant prevents a decrease in the tool life of the cutting edge due to the build up of heat generated while machining and the accumulation of chips.



For milling, hhere are two types of coolant methods. External and internal cooling.

Using coolant serves three main purposes, cooling, lubrication and chip control. To prevent thermal cracks due to thermal shock during machining, it is important to apply plenty of coolant over the cutting edge
