Maintenance Manager – after sale

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in 10th of Ramadan.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the after-sales service and maintenance team
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of machines
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective support and fast response
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Coordinate spare parts supply and service schedules
• Provide technical support for packaging machines, complete lines, and end-of-line systems
• Prepare service reports and monitor team performance
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and experience in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
• Proficiency in Maintenance Management and Preventive Maintenance processes
• Excellent Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage and guide a maintenance team
• Familiarity with packaging and filling machinery will be highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Availability for occasional extended hours based on operational needs
