Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of web developers throughout the entire software lifecycle.
• Architect scalable, high-performance web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Conduct regular code reviews to enforce coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, QA, and Front-End teams to translate requirements into clear technical tasks.
• Define sprint goals, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide the team in root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing practical solutions.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, pair programming, and continuous learning.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on PHP development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team-lead role.
• Deep expertise in Laravel (Eloquent ORM, Service Providers, Queues, Events).
• Strong understanding of MVC design patterns, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB) and experience optimizing complex queries.
• Solid grasp of version control workflows (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Linux-based deployment.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) and integration with modern frameworks.
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade web applications at scale.
• Excellent leadership and people-management abilities, with a hands-on, “lead by example” mentality.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communicator, able to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset and commitment to delivering reliable, maintainable software.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Collaborating with other flutter & backend developers working on the same project.
• Observe & mentor junior members of the team, review code and give advises.
• Developing robust, responsive and adaptive apps, Deploying them to both stores.
• Maintaining existing applications: update & upgrade packages & SDKs, adding new features, fixing bugs, refactoring code.
• Integrate various APIs from third parties.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Graduate with 3+ years of proven experience in mobile software developing.
• Very good command of English (To well-understand documentations, Flutter communities).
• Candidate must have deployed AT LEAST SIX live applications on both app stores.
• Familiarity with Mac OS.
• Excellent command of payment gateways, Firebase services APIs, local & push notifications plugins APIs, google maps APIs, state management (Provider, Block), Dev. tools, version control tools (Git & GitHub), dealing with databases (relational, non-relational).
• Familiarity with mobile deferred linking, Flutter animations, concurrency in Flutter, Flutter flavours, testing in Flutter, secure encrypted data storage, concepts like CI/CD, dependency injection, parallelism.
