Requirements |

Sales Manager – Industrial Manufacturing
Job Purpose
To lead and execute the company’s industrial sales strategy with a strong focus on revenue growth, profitability, and long-term partnerships, while aligning sales activities with production capacity, cost structure, and supply chain capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an industrial sales strategy aligned with production and financial targets.
- Manage B2B sales operations and key accounts locally and regionally.
- Lead, coach, and monitor sales team performance with clear KPIs.
- Define pricing strategies in coordination with Production and Finance.
- Negotiate long-term supply contracts and framework agreements.
- Analyze markets and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Logistics.
- Monitor accounts receivable and customer credit risk.
- Support export sales and market expansion.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing sales.
- Experience in metal packaging or industrial manufacturing preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
