Musclemania Arabia

Tunisian natural Mustafa Abbes has been training for 3 years. The 5'11", 89 kgs / 195 lbs., 28 years old explains, "I like to train with light weight, but will strict form and complete contractions and negatives. I work out 9 days straight, then 1 day rest. I insist on 9 hours of sleep every day to feel physically and mentally fresh. Three years ago, I was 15 kgs / 32 lbs lighter, but what matters for me is a lean physique and symmetry."

Mustafa will make his Musclemania® debut in Morocco this season.
